Our Zeitlin apartment is a particularly spacious and bright apartment in the centre of Tel Aviv. There is a real feeling of greenery as the large windows face onto the gardens surrounding the building.

The apartment was recently renovated with new flooring, doors, windows and kitchen.

Located on a quiet street between Rabin Square and Ichilov Hospital, this apartment caters for many types of traveller from city hopper to medical tourist. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the nearest Tel Aviv beach which is the popular Frishman beach.

Gordon 13 is the corner of Ruppin Street only a few minutes walk from Gordon Beach and within walking distance of Ben Yehuda, Dizengoff and Ben Gurion Boulevard.

Enter the apartment in to our huge open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, family sized fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Our new dining table has seating suitable for a family of 6. Just off the kitchen is a small utilities room which holds our washing machine, ironing facilities, cleaning materials etc.

The living room (adjoining the really bright balcony area) includes 2 large comfortable sofas, coffee table, entertainment unit and cable tv. From here it’s a step out to the balcony area with outdoor furniture.

There are 3 bedrooms. A queen size master-bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet and lockable private access to the balcony. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have brand new single beds. All 3 bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

In addition to the en-suite bathroom we also have a family bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.

The apartment is complete with central air-conditioning, free wi-fi and free private parking.

This is a brand new 2 bedroom apartment, fully renovated (finished April 2015) to a very high standard and ready for holiday rentals.

There are features of this apartment which are difficult to find in Tel Aviv. Solid wooden flooring, high ceilings and feature length living room areas will definitely not feel cramped in the creatively designed 70 sqm.
