We stayed 3 weeks in the apartment on Shir Street during February and March. The apartment was clean and modern, with American Style appliances and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring Tel Aviv and its outdoor activities. We rented bikes from a shop on Nordau and Ben Yehuda and explored the sea coast from Benin Brak to Herzlia. There were loads of kosher restaurants in the area with some great choices at the Port (Namal) a ten minute walk. Gary was extremely helpful and the entire experience was great. Location highly recommended for families.

We stayed at this apartment over Passover and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was clean, decorated nicely, a good size and had everything we needed plus some extras that we didn’t expect but greatly appreciated (such as a cell phone for local use, maps, umbrellas, etc.)
The location cannot be beat, 5 minutes to the beach and right off a major street with tons of restaurants, cafes and stores. It’s also across the street from one of the best breakfast places in Israel!
Simon was so easy to deal with and the process of renting the apartment was so smooth and uncomplicated.
I definitely plan to rent this apartment again on my next trip if it’s available.

This is our third rental with Stay at My Place Israel. It was our first time in this apartment. The apartment was a large two bedroom in an elevator building. It was exceptionally bright and airy, with lots of electic lighting as well. There was not a dark corner in the apartment.

The apartment was well located. We were a short walk from the beaches of Tel Aviv, as well as from Dizengoff Center and Dizengoff Square. While we had a car (the apartment has off street parking….a must in Tel Aviv), we were able to walk to many places in the city.

We highly recommend this apartment and Stay at My Place Israel.

Simon, it was a pleasure dealing with you and Gary.
We had a great time at the apartment. all of our family that visited said they couldn’t believe or how on earth did we get such an amazing apartment.
Next trip we will need a 3 bedroom definitely and some good hot water!

I really enjoyed this apartment in Nehemia as it is well located, between the market and the sea. Nevertheless it’s not noisy and the space is perfectly used. Kitchen is modern, bathroom is also not too small and well equiped with a washmashine. I was there for one month and did extend my stay there.

“Lovely base near the ocean.”

Location was excellent. Near lovely beach. Close to shops and public transit.
Apartment well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchenware.

Apartment was very clean on arrival. Maintenance person very helpful.

We had a magical fortnight’s stay at this apartment, nestled in a quiet residential street, between luxurious Rothschild Boulevard and bustling Allenby Street. My wife and I are old hands, when it comes to Tel Aviv, and usually stay in hotels, most recently the boutique Hotel Montefiore. This beautifully decorated, modern apartment is right next door and for a competitive rate we got so much more than you can expect from a hotel, but still perfect cleanliness and excellent service from our letting manager Simon. The apartment is in the best location possible in what is, in my mind, one of the best little cities in the world. We will definitely be coming back.

We spend 5 days in the apartment. Apart from the Wireless internet which was a “killer” everything else was great. The apartment was spacey and nice and situated very close to the wonderful beaches @ Herzlia Petuah. Perfect for long walks along the beach and with only 100 m. away easy to access.

This apartment and the host were absolutely wonderful. Apartment is clean, lovely, and exactly as advertised. My family hosted 2 couples and 1 child here, and there was ample room. The best feature is the roof deck, where you can just sit down and have a nice drink, eat a meal, or read a book in peace overlooking the rooftops of Tel Aviv.

Simon was a very accommodating and easy to work with. The apartment is very spacious and furnished beautifully and is in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach, the Ir Yamim Mall and supermarkets. We stayed in the apartment for a month and enjoyed everything about it.
