What is Included in the Price?

For short stays (usually up to 2 months) the price includes all relevant utility and servicing charges except for electricity and a final cleaning fee. Details regarding these fees will be made fully clear at the point of booking. We charge the current unit rate charged by the electricity company. Both the cleaning and electricity payments are required in cash at the end of your stay.

For longer stays (usually for a period of 2 to 6 months) there may be additional utility charges.  Any additional costs will be detailed at the point of booking.

How does the deposit work?

On booking we will hold a percentage of the total cost on your credit card (not charged at this stage) which will be used to cover any breakages, damages or unpaid bills. Upon completion of a successful inspection at your departure time, the hold will be cancelled on the credit card within 2 week of your departure.

Should there be any reasonable reason to charge the credit card, you will be made aware of this prior to charging.

When is the balance due?

If you are paying by credit card or wire transfer, the payment is required at least a week prior to arrival. Cash payments are required upon arrival.

Which currencies can payments be made in?

We accept US dollars or Israeli Shekels.

What can I expect as standard facilities within the apartment?

All our apartments include fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. In addition, a washing machine, air-conditioning, wifi, cable tv etc is standard in every property.

What happens if something goes wrong in the apartment during our stay?

You will be able to contact one of our representatives if required, and we only work with trusted and reliable tradesman. Please note, limited services are available during Shabbat (excluding emergencies).

Are there kosher apartments available?

We have apartments that include separate milk and meat crockery, however please note  our are apartments are rented throughout the year, and specific levels of kashrut cannot be guaranteed.

What Are The Available Payment Methods?

We accept the following major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept cash payment on arrival, wire transfer and PayPal. Additional charges are noted below;

How do I receive the keys on arrival?

Once you have landed at the airport and collected your baggage, you should make contact with our representative to inform them that you are on the way to the apartment. You will then be met at the apartment with the keys and be given instructions on how things work in the apartment.

For very late or very early arrivals as well as religious or national holidays, special arrangements will be made prior to your arrival for key collection.

Upon booking, we will send further details of how and who to contact when you arrive.

What basic facilities can I expect in the property? 

All our properties will include sufficient crockery, bed linen, bath and hand towels. Condiments and basic cleaning materials are often provided in the apartment but this cannot be guaranteed.

What is the cancellation policy?

At the time of booking, the Lessee shall pay a Deposit by Credit Card equivalent to 30% of the total Rental Fee.

Lessee specifically agrees as follows:

(1) If the Lessee gives written Notice to the Company cancelling the rental 31 days or more prior to the start of the Rental Period, the Company shall refund 50% of the Deposit to the Tenant within 14 days of receipt of the Cancellation Notice.

(2) If the Lessee gives written Notice to the Company cancelling the rental 30 days or less prior to the start of the Rental Period and payment is not made of the full Rental Fee, then the Lessee shall not be entitled to any refund of the Deposit.  However, if the Company succeeds in renting the Property for the same Rental Period, the Company will reimburse 50% of the Deposit within 14 days of receipt of the full Rental Fee from the substitute lessee.

(3) The Lessee shall pay the full Rental Fee no later than 7 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period.  If the Lessee gives written Notice to the Company cancelling the rental before the beginning of the Rental Period and after paying the Rental Fee, then the Lessee shall be entitled to a refund of the Deposit only. Refund of the Deposit shall be made within 14 days of receipt of cancellation Notice.

(4) The Company shall not be liable for cancellation of any rental or part of Rental Period resulting from force majeure and/or any factor beyond its control. In case of such cancellation, the Lessee will be entitled to full refund of his Deposit and the Rental Fee (if paid).

What is your minimum length of stay?

As a general rule we allow stays of a minimum of a week.
